PMC welcomes a new set of aspiring Marines

FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City - The Philippine Marine Corps warmly welcomed a new set of aspiring Marines in an Oath-Taking Ceremony and Reception Rites held at the Bonifacio Naval Station Grandstand on March 26, 2025.

A total of 300 volunteers, comprised of 290 males and 10 females, will form part of Marine Basic Course classes 513th, 514th, 515th, 516th, and 517th. Said volunteers will undergo a 6-month rigorous training at The Basic School in Ternate, Cavite, before embarking on a career with the Philippine Marine Corps, ready to take the challenge to be part of the hard-hitting and most ready force.

The said ceremony was presided over by Col Armando B Custodio PN(M) (GSC), Superintendent, Marine Corps Force Development Center as representative of the Commandant, Philippine Marine Corps, who wished them success and urged them to give their best in the training.
